You can also use the privacy mode to keep contacts & data hidden that you do not want anyone else to see, even your staff. individual conversations or events can also be assigned to groups that only group members can see. As a superuser you can nominate the groups and its members. You can have more that one superuser such as your trusted partner, manager or front office person
Sure. When you register to use ENROC the first 30 days are free and treated as a trial. You can unsubscribe anytime and you will not be charged. We use PayPal because its safe and secure and because we use PayPal you are in complete control of your subscription. We do not have access to your payment details and cannot stop you unsubscribing at anytime
There are no limits as to how many contacts you keep in ENROC. That's entirely up to you. ENROC has been successfully tested with 10,000 contacts
Yes, you can. Your contact list can be easily exported to an Excel spreadsheet. ENROC is designed so you can easily export your contact information to Excel which is the best way to sort and filter your reports. All contacts can also be backed up this way

There are eight database fields with configurable lists and six free form database fields. All databse fields can be exported in reports

ENROC has been created with small business in mind by Tony Osborn, a small business owner himself. Sole traders and Partnerships need to manage customer and other information.
Tony created ENROC in 1995 as a PC based software. The program was networked and could share contact information across a local area network.
Tony worked in a small office with a few other staff. ENROC was created so these staff could easily manage and share Contacts, Records Of Conversation (ROC) and other Notes information.
While all this sounds complex, it’s not. If you can login to a web page then you can use ENROC. ENROC needs as little as 15 minutes self-training. Just login in using your email address and assigned password, and wander around the home page clicking buttons.
Create a new Contact, add a Note, input some contact data and/or personal information; and click “New/Done”. And you have completed the training.
For advanced training, create a few database keywords, add some profile data, create and save a Report; and you have completed advanced training.
Once you use ENROC, you will never know how you got by without it!
ENROC is developed for small business and is way cheaper that many competitors. For example a 10 User licence is just $7.95 per User per month. Small business cant afford expensive CRM's. Also ENROC has no IT overhead, does not need costly training or time consuming installation.
By having a low monthly subscription to a web based product, most other overheads are covered, and subscribers can opt out at any time. There are no contracts.
A subscription is a direct cost and does not have to be depreciated as expensive software may have to be.
