ENROC was developed by a User to meet a need.  It has been around since 1998 (in an earlier format) and has been very successful in developing customer relationships and therefore increased sales.

It has also been very successful in keeping a record of conversations which have supported legal and disputed situations; I might add, in favour of the User.

One surprising benefit has been the significant time saved in looking for contact details.  Everybody knows to find a contacts details, just look in ENROC.
