1. Install software by inserting CD into drive or downloading from the above link. Wait a moment and the installation should start automatically. If not then click on "Setup.exe". If during the setup process your computer says it is missing a file then start the procedure again and this time click "Setup_MSI.exe"

2. To open ENROC click on … Start/Programs/C Stream/ENROC

3. The screen shown in screen shots should appear

4. Click on the "Contact Name" field and type a new entry. The following format (Lastname first, and Firstname last separated by a comma) is preferred and makes contact sorting easier: ie "Lastname, Firstname"

5. Hit Enter key (please note do not point with the mouse at this time, just use Enter key)

6. You may now type in any other information in any field including a record of conversation in the "Record Event / Conversation Notes" field and point anywhere with the mouse

7. Click the Close icon in the top right hand corner and ENROC will hide in the System Bar near the clock

8. To retrieve a contact just click on the ENROC icon in the System Tray [bottom right of screen on Task Bar near the clock (if its visible)] then click New/Done, then enter the contact's details starting with their last name. Or; you may click on the down list arrow on either the Contact Name or Company Name fields.

9. ENROC has a .pdf User Manual on the CD, and at the above download site, which may be printed and read to answer all of your operational questions. ENROC has many features under the "More" icon and file icons on the bottom of the screen.

10. Once ENROC is open (Ctrl+Enter) keys will bring up a new screen or click New/Done icon.
