Introducing ENROC
What you see is a record of
every conversation made with a contact/customer; sorted
by date and time, displayed on a single page, see Screen
Shots. The contact, be it a person or company, is very
easily selected from the database and displays all of their
personal information such as phone numbers, email etc. Once
notes are written they can be easily emailed, exported to
MS Excel or printed. Printed notes can go on a hard-copy
file as a permanent (legal) record of conversation.
The above information can be
entered by staff or the Front Office Person when they make
contact, and easily reviewed by the Boss...anytime. This
is good communication = more profit.
The real benefits of ENROC
are the way positive relationships can be built with your
customers and resolving any communication uncertainties
between people. If a customer makes contact again in two
days, two months or two years time; you can very quickly
read the details of your last conversation with them. They
feel pleased you remembered who they are, and
that you obviously listened to them about their needs etc.
Keeping a record of conversation allows you to be confident
in discussions, and accurately follow up necessary tasks.
Additionally, all information
can be shared on network and ENROC has a Daily Message Board,
which anyone can see instantly for those messages you usually
have to ring around to everyone, or physically post
on their screens with a sticky label.
